2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 283 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 387, 307, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other criminals reached the house of the informant and started firing and threatened the informant that he should not demand any money from him and they themselves demanded Rs. 3 lakhs.

4. The petitioner has criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 30.10.2023.

5. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
