Petitioner seeks bail in Bithan P.S. Case No.172 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one country made pistol and three live cartridges along with two mobile phones were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2017.

Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6775 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No.172 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
