2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(a) For grant of an appropriate writ for a direction to the Block Development Officer, Sonbarsa not to put on bid the lands of the petitioners for cultivation purchased by the petitioners prior to passing of the order dated 25/1/2010 by the Learned Additional District Judge, FTC VII, Sitamarhi in Probate Case No. 11/2007.

(b) For grant of an appropriate writ for quashing the public notice issued by the Block Development Officer, Sonbarsa issued under memo no. 2296 dated 11/6/2016 putting the lands on bid

Patna High Court CWJC No.12308 of 2016(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 for cultivation in so far as the lands of the petitioners are concerned."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is old and for the present, no recent development has been brought to his knowledge and in that background, the submission is that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach afresh, if the grievance remains.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands dismissed.
