1. Though the present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent no.4 i.e. the SHO of Ram Nagar Police Station, District-West Champaran to open the shop of the petitioner, which has been locked illegally, however, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that now the shop of the petitioner has been unlocked and the petitioner is occupying the same, hence the present writ petition be disposed off, however, with an observation that in case anyone seeks to evict the petitioner from the shop in question, then same be done

Patna High Court CWJC No.2196 of 2024(4) dt.11-11-2024 2/2 by resorting to the appropriate remedies, as are available under the law. It is directed accordingly.
