The petitioner seeks bail in Rajauli P.S. Case no. 178/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant alleged that four criminals committed robbery of Rs. 66,000/- and two mobiles. For the first time, the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Rupesh Rajvanshi. Save and except the confession of the co-accused no further tangible material is collected.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
