2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner and one Md. Tabarak Hussain @ Sameer are accused of kidnapping the victim girl. The petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2024.

4. The case is of 2018. It appears that the petitioner is an absconder.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

6. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after
