The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case no. 06/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Shrawan Kumar. Co-accused Vijay Kumar and Kundan Kumar also confessed their guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. The petitioner has remained in jail for three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
