JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2018 The grievance of the petitioner is regarding non-grant of 3rd M.A.C.P. to the husband of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.08.2013 and arrears of the differential amount of salary. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a representation regarding her grievance before the respondent no. 3 and the same be directed to be disposed of within a specified period.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1353 of 2018 (2) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 It is directed that in case, the petitioner files a representation before the respondent no. 3 with regard to her grievances, as aforesaid within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter. It is also directed that the admitted dues shall be paid to the petitioner within a further period of four weeks immediately. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
