The petitioner is in custody in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 701 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle and he further submits that for the same occurrence two case namely Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 701 of 2018 and Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 727 of 2018 was registered. In Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 727 of 2018 petitioner was granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 72470 of 2018 vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6514 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 13.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 701 of 2018.
