2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Informant.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier this application was rejected vide order dated 22.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20601 of 2023.

4. The petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 06.09.2022 and the deceased was a man of criminal antecedent and he has been

6. Since, the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. This application is dismissed.

7. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner undertakes before this Court that he will produce the witness on each and every date fixed in the trial.
