(ii) For a direction to the respondent authorities to ensure that any substantial termination of settlement should not create scarcity of any commodity required for the purposes of infrastructure development, as it is the duty of the State to take appropriate steps for the welfare of the general public; and for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled."
