1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application by petitioner, a citizen of India for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction commanding Respondent authorities to complete the boundary wall of Sri Surajmal Santhaliya Dharmshala, Narkatiaganj

565, 566, 567, 568, 569, 570, 502, 510, 511, 578, Khata No.04, Mouza Shikarpur, Thana No.

111, Narkatiaganj, or alternatively to direct the respondents authorities to provide protection to the Trust Committee to complete the construction of boundary wall from personal fund of Trust through public donations in facts and circumstances and to grant any other suitable relief/ reliefs as deem fit and proper in the eye of law."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
