The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498(A)/323/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is the husband of the informant. He is ready to keep his wife but due to confusion wife is not ready to live with him. Learned counsel for Petitioner has mentioned in paragraph 9 to the bail petition that he is always ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7803 of 2019(2) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. The petitioner will file affidavit at the time of filing bail bond that he is always ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour. In the event the petitioner refuse to keep the wife when she become ready to live with him, the informant will have liberty to move the Court below for cancellation of bail bond of petitioner.
