2. The petitioner seeks bail in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 473 of 2022, registered for offence under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant, namely Anita Devi alleged that on 12.12.2022 at about 6 PM, this petitioner and co-accused Chandan Jha took her husband on his motorcycle and later on, in the same night, the dead-body of her husband was found near Vasudevpur village and several injuries by means of iron rod and sharp cut weapons were found on the person of deceased. Petitioner has got nine criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.09.2024.
