The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was only a driver and as a matter of fact, the persons who were involved in theft had already been escaped at the time of recovery of the vehicle and moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sarai P.S.
