The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of killing the daughter of the informant for non fulfilment of additional demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 4.7.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate with the mess and property of the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41408 of 2015 (3) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali in Lalganj P.S.Case No.87/2013.
