The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 103 of 2020 registered under Sections 363, 366 (A) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named either in the first information report or in the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
