JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed reliance on the order dated 05.12.2017 passed in CWJC No. 17793 of 2016 and submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the decision in that case.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4 to examine the claim of the petitioners and if it is found that the present case is covered by the decision of the Co-ordinate Bench in CWJC No. 17793 of 2016, the respondent No. 4 may consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the order dated 5.12.2017 passed in that case. The entire exercise must be completed by the respondents within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
