The petitioners seek bail in Jadopur P.S. Case no. 62/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named 10 persons including these petitioners and alleged that when his father was returning all the accused persons assaulted him with stick and his father died. It appears that the occurrence took place on 15.06.2014 but the FIR was lodged on 20.06.2014. The deceased got one injury on the head on account of which he died. Other two injuries are abrasion. The informant did not disclose that who is the author of the injury found on the head of the deceased Raja Yadav.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41740 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 Similarly situated co-accused Sipahi Yadav, Bali Yadav have already been enlarged on bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case no. 62/2014.
