The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special (NDPS) Case No. 01 of 2014 arising out of Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 242 of 2013 registered for the offences under Sections 20(B)II (C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner in the FIR under the provisions of the N.D.P.S. Act, this is not a fit case for grant of the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
