The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 & 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner along with other accused persons is said to have involved in illegal transfer of Rs.78 lacs in six fake accounts.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9456 of 2020(4) dt.12-01-2021 2/2 rather general and omnibus in nature. He has no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Saurabh Kumar @ Saurabh Suman has been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5152 of 2020. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 691 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
