2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have resolved their dispute and have filed a joint compromise petition dated 7.5.2024 in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur. A copy of the compromise petition is on the record.
4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not controvert the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender
