The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner along with other accused persons but no arms and ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Arms and ammunition was recovered from Md. Islam and Suraj Sah. The petitioner is in jail since 15.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
