The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner and another accused are said to have confessed their guilt and they also disclosed that petitioner committed dacoity. The petitioner is in jail since 11.02.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. Parade and similarly situated accused Sunil Ram has already been granted bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
