Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has gone under liquidation and for the present it is not pursuing the contempt petition. The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh contempt petition if need arises.

On this, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the order of this Court has been complied and there
