2. The present petition has been preferred for the restoration of CWJC No. 18271 of 2018 which has been dismissed due to non-compliance of the order dated 12.01.2026.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 4 to 6 of the petition, MJC No. 254 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
