The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Farsa on his head but the doctor examined the informant at Madhubani and found the injuries on his head to be simple in nature. The patient was referred to D.M.C.H. The injuries were found on the nose and eye-lids of the informant. The doctor at D.M.C.H. opined that the injury no. 1 is grievous in nature and the injury nos. 2 and 3 are simple in nature. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months. There is no repetition of blow.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
