JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ application has already been decided by this court vide order dated 12.12.2017 passed in CWJC No. 3655 of 2016 and as such this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid order.
Without going into the merit, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to a respondent to examine the case
Patna High Court CWJC No.2460 of 2018(2) dt.30-03-2018 2/2 of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order dated 12.12.2017 as contained in annexure 8, the same relief shall be extended to the petitioner. The entire exercise must be completed by the respondents within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
