The son of the petitioner, i.e. husband of the deceased, was accused of causing death of his wife. However, the case of the petitioner has been separated on the ground that he was absconding. Later on, he was arrested and in jail since 2.7.2014. The petitioner filed BP No.945 of 2014 before Additional Sessions Judge III, West Champaran, Bettiah. The same was rejected on 3.9.2014.
