The petitioner seeks bail in Gurua P.S. Case No.27 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 326, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is assault with sword on the informant, causing injury on the wrist. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he in custody since 28.08.2019. Further submission is that cases in the between both sides are going on from before and due to pressurize the petitioner, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. In this case, chargesheet has already been submitted.

Case No.27of 2016.
