JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-02-2020 The only issue involved in the present writ petition is as to whether the respondents can adopt two different yardsticks in the matter of granting benefit of regularization from the date of initial appointment.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced others have been granted such benefit.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that after considering the case of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order the claim for grant of such benefit

Patna High Court CWJC No.12533 of 2017(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 from the date of engagement on daily wage basis has been rejected.

In view of the above, the Court does not find any merit in the contention of the petitioner. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
