JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation against the petitioners is similar to that of co-accused Indrajeet Rai and Dilip Rai, who have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.61487 of 2019. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 16.08.2019.

In order to maintain consistency, the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5806 of 2020(4) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019.
