The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 386, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is alleged to be mastermind of the alleged occurrence.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is no allegation of any overt act or giving threat to the informant against this petitioner. Petitioner has been falsely implicated only because there is land dispute between the parties. Petitioner has got no concern with the Naxalites. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 40 of 2016, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
