JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he along with others took the deceased from his house but even if the aforesaid allegation assumed to be true, then also, it is a case of last seen and moreover, having more or less similar allegation co-accused Yogi Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S.case No. 45 of 2014.
