1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case no.343 of 2022 registered under sections 420, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 66D of the I.T. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, in the examination for recruitment of Indian Coast Guard, it is stated that the petitioner was caught cheating using bluetooth technology.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 23.11.2022 and investigation in the case has concluded.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the F.I.R., the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, having remained in custody for more than 5 months since 23.11.2022 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case no.343 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur West, Muzaffarpur.
