The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they all took his son Ram Ratan Bin and killed him behind the house of Jogi Bind. It is submitted that co-accused Munaki Devi and Mahesh Bind have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 1137 of 2015 and 8777 of 2015 respectively and the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that similarly situated accused persons have already been enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41246 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 bail by a Bench of this court and the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in Kadirganj P.S.
