JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2018 The grievance of the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is his suspension order dated 26.09.2017 whereby, he has been put under suspension with effect from the date of the issuance of the said letter.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, direction be issued to complete the departmental proceeding, if any whether pending or initiated, within three months from today.
In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, it is directed that the authorities shall conclude the departmental proceeding whether initiated or to be initiated within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this
Patna High Court CWJC No.1438 of 2018 (2) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 order failing which, the suspension order dated 26.09.2017 stands revoked automatically.
The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
