ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-09-2015 The Petitioner, who is the Informant, seeks revision of the order dated 10.12.2010, by which the Juvenile Justice Board, Kaimur at Bhabua in Chand P.S. case No.70 of 2010 (G.R. No.1209 of 2010) declared the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3 juvenile just on the basis of transfer certificate.
It has been submitted that the Court below should have held the further enquiry in the matter before giving such a finding. Even I am convinced that the Juvenile Justice Board, Kaimur at Bhabua should have been more cautious in its approach while dealing with this issue and hence the matter is remanded to the Juvenile Justice Board, Kaimur at Bhabua to hold a fresh and proper
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.558 of 2014 dt.28-09-2015 2/2 enquiry and conclude it within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order after giving both the parties an opportunity to bring the relevant documents on record.
