The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant is the daughter of the petitioner. The daughter named the petitioner and her two brothers, Ritesh Kumar and Rajiv Kumar, and alleged that they asked her to vacate the house and when the informant refused Moni Mahto is said to have fired causing injury on cheek of the informant. The petitioner is not the assailant of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
