JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are in jail custody since 23.07.2015 on the accusation that they along with others passed lewd comments against the sister of injured Sonu Kumar and when protest was made, petitioners and their associates assaulted the informant and Sonu Kumar. Both the injured sustained simple injuries said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

Taking into consideration the allegation as well as period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
