The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 dated 04.03.2019 instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The stolen motorcycle of the brother of the informant was spotted by him as being driven by one Sumit Ranjan. When he was arrested, he disclosed that he has been given the motorcycle by the petitioner. Hence, the prosecution of the petitioner in the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that except for the statement made by an

Considering the aforenoted submissions on behalf of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
