JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

This happens to be second attempt on behalf of petitioner who, intentionally avoided to appear before the learned lower court and therefore, allowed the pendency of the case since 2001. His appearance happens to be since 02.03.2015 and on account thereof, I do not see it a fit case to be reconsidered, for the present. The prayer for bail is rejected.

If so advised, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after examination of the informant.
