Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury on the cheek of the informant but admittedly, the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and Annexure-2 series reveal that the X-ray plates were not produced before the doctor in respect of injury, sustained by informant and accordingly, the doctor opined that the informant sustained simple injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in
