2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffassil P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, two empty cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating material has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in jail since 17.10.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Muffassil P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Khagaria Muffassil Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) kiran/- U T
