The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is, of course, named in the FIR along with Rana, Rahul and Raja but there is no allegation of firing against him and the allegation of firing is only against Rana. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in Danapur P.S. Case No. 270 of 2015.
