The petitioner has filed the present application challenging the order of suspension dated 17.01.2018. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was put under suspension in contemplation of the departmental proceedings but contrary to the rule, the respondents have not served a copy of Prapatra-K till date. In view of the above, if the Prapatra-K is not served on the petitioner within a period of one month from today, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5205 of 2018(2) dt.01-05-2018 2/2 suspension of the petitioner shall be automatically revoked. In case the Prapatra-K is served on the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the respondents shall be under obligation to complete with the departmental proceedings within a maximum period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
