The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2018, registered under Section 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that daughter of the informant, aged about 16 years, used to reside at the house of her maternal uncle. On 25.04.2018, daughter of the informant left the house for R.P.S. Mahila College but she did not return. On search, it was found that petitioner enticed away his daughter. Further allegation is that his daughter has left the house with cash of Rs.1600/-, certificates, Adhaar Card and mobile. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in

No.9006 of 2019(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 fact, daughter of the informant left the house of her maternal uncle according to her own sweet will and moved with the petitioner for Delhi, this fact has been stated by the victim, daughter of the informant, in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. on 08.06.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
