The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 385, 387 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was arrested in Jehanabad P.S. case No. 172 of 2015 and it is said that the petitioner confessed before the police that he demanded extortion from the informant. Save and except confession, the police did not collect any further tangible evidence. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
