Patna High Court CWJC No.5368 of 2018 dt.30-03-2018 2/2 passed in L.P.A. No. 715 of 2000 and other writ applications. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of Annexure-8 Series and pass appropriate order with regard to the claim of the petitioner within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
