Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of impugned order that in course of investigation, witnesses named the petitioner and he was arrested and made his confessional statement in which he specifically stated that the victim was in love with Kanhaiya Bhagat and she eloped with the aforesaid Kanhaiya Bhagat.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
